list_vpns 只查询已收录的 VPN 服务器信息，不会建立 VPN 连接，也不直接下载 OpenVPN 配置文件。连接需使用兼容的 VPN 客户端，配置下载请前往 VPN 列表页。info 中的字段取决于节点支持的协议和已有数据，展示的凭据是公开默认值。
